No, an account is not necessary although you will need to provide two forms of I.D. usually in the form of a driver’s license, passport and a utility bill. If you do not have an account, there will also be a refundable deposit based on the value of the equipment that will be hired. Without an account, we can take both cash and card payments.

Yes, you will need insurance. If you do not have your own insurance, we can offer you cover through HireGuard insurance. All you need to do is fill out the form we will provide you with!

Yes, all of our equipment is regularly serviced and tested. We also ensure where possible that each bit of equipment has its own test certificate, your safety when hiring our equipment is paramount.

If there is a problem with our equipment during the hire then don’t hesitate to contact us, we understand that you will be working to a deadline and will do our utmost to resolve the situation. In some hire’s we are also able to offer a breakdown service as we have fitters who are able to visit site in order to fix equipment.

We are licensed to transport plant equipment and we make hundreds of deliveries across the midlands and further afield every week. We do aim to offer next day delivery and transport charges depend upon the hire and location of the job.

We may not keep certain items in our hire fleet but that doesn’t mean we can’t help you with the job in hand. We may be able to source the item for you or offer an alternative. Just give our hire team a call and they will do their best to get you the equipment you need for your job.

Yes we will, as well as our hire team we also have field representatives who can come to site and conduct a survey to ensure you have the right equipment you need for the job.

No, you do not need an account as we are able to take cash and card payments. However, if you have an account you will be assigned an account manager who may be able to offer you better rates!

Just because it’s not on our website it doesn’t mean we don’t sell it. We offer over 16,000 products which takes up a lot space so some items we do not keep in stock but we can provide it for you or offer you an alternative.

As well as being able to collect your purchases from our trade counter we do also offer a delivery service. We always try to offer free next day delivery and even same day delivery depending upon the order and location. However, some deliveries do incur a delivery charge and you will be notified of this upon placing your order.

Yes, we are able to offer a direct delivery service. This means that the order you place will be delivered direct to your site and we will take care of the ordering process for you. In some cases it also speeds up the delivery process as it bypasses the delivery to our yard.

If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need what you ordered then you can return it back to us. However, if you do return this you will incur a 25% restocking charge.
